What is the applying period?

A

In case of advancement for higher education course, you need to prepare the documents and send them to the school about 5 months before the entrance. The schedule for courses other than going on to higher education differs depending on the visa you have at the time of enrollment. It may take time to prepare and send the documents. If you wish to apply, our institute will inform you of the schedule, so please prepare well.

How can I get a visa?

A

If you wish to obtain a student visa, please prepare all the documents listed in the application requirements and send them to our institute. If you pass the entrance examination, you will submit the documents from our institute to the Regional Immigration Bureau. After the examination, you will be required to pay the tuition fee when the certificate of eligibility is issued. After confirming your payment, we will send you a certificate of eligibility from our institute, so please apply for a visa with that document at the Japanese Embassy.
For other courses, you need to apply for a visa by yourself. If you do not know which visa you need, please contact our institute.

Is there any restriction on the qualification to apply for admission?

A

Advancement for higher education course is available for those who have completed at least 12 years of schooling in their home country at the time of enrollment, or those with an equivalent educational background, a Japanese language study history of 150 hours or more, a Japanese language proficiency equivalent to Japanese Language Proficiency Test N5, and a person who is able to pay expenses for studying and living in Japan.
There are no restrictions for other courses.

Is there a dormitory of the school?

A

We will introduce some type of rooms where students can rent.The rent is about 30,000 to 60,000 yen per month, and the room is about 10 to 20 minutes by train from the school. We also support the procedures of moving in.

Can I work part-time job?

A

There are many stores such as convenience stores and restaurants around school and Shinsaibashisuji shopping street, and many foreign students work part-time. Foreign students need "Permission to engage in activity other than that permitted under the status of residence previously granted" to work part-time. You can work up to 28 hours a week.

Where is the nearest station to the school?

A

The School is a 1 minute walk from Exit 24 of the station "Hommachi".
Hommachi Station, connected to Subway Midosuji Line, Chuo Line, Yotsubashi Line, Hommachi station is a 5 minute walk to Osaka Station (Umeda) and a 4 minute walk to Namba Station.
