About the enrollment procedure

We will guide you through the enrollment procedures for each course and lesson.
The application time and required documents are different,
so please check each item for details.

Advancement for higher education Course

Enrollment Period
April semester (2 year course) October semester (1 year 6 month courese)
Application Period
April semester (August 1 - November 30) and October semester (February 1 - May 31)
Required documents

Applicant

  1. ① Application form for admission, a curriculum vitae, and a statement of reasons for entering school
    （※ our institute designated form）
  2. ② Original graduation certificate from final educational background (or certificate), certificate of achievement
  3. ③ School certificate (If you are a student)
  4. ④ Certificate of employment (If you are at work)
  5. ⑤ Japanese language study certificate
  6. ⑥ Certificate of Japanese language ability (Passing certificates such as JLPT, NAT-TEST, and J.TEST etc.)
  7. ⑦ 6 face photos
  8. ⑧ Copy of your passport
    （If you have a history of visiting Japan,please copy and submit the page with your photo and the page
    with the immigration stamp.）

Person who disburses expenses
(in case of home country)

  1. ① Expense disbursement report

  2. ② Certificate of Deposit Balance
  3. ③ Funding formation supporting materials
    (Copies of bank passbooks for the past three years, etc.)
  4. ④ Certificate of employment or business license
    （In the case of self-employment）

  6. ⑥ Family Relationship Certificate

Admission procedure
  1. 1Submission of the application documents to our institute. Please pay the examination fee.
  2. 2If you pass the entrance examination in our institute, you will apply for a certificate of eligibility to the Immigration Bureau.
  3. 3We will tell you the result of the issuance of the certificate of eligibility. (About one month before admission)
  4. 4Please pay the tuition fee to the account designated by our institute.
  5. 5After confirming the payment, we will send you the original certificate of eligibility, admission permit, etc.
  6. 6After you receive the documents, please apply for a student visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate.
  7. 7Please arrange the flight ticket and report the date of entry to our institute.
  8. 8Please come to Japan in time for the entrance ceremony.
